Your embodied presence is your most valuable asset.
A six-week intensive in embodied strength—combining resistance training, somatic awareness, and nervous system re-patterning to cultivate greater agency and growth.
Everyone experiences resistance.
Few train their relationship to it.
I believe strength training is one of the most underutilized tools for human development. For too long the fitness industry has treated the body like an optimization project rather than a home and vessel to be inhabited.
Moving through resistance does more than build muscle—when approached with honesty and presence, it reveals self-deception, dissolves perceived limitations, and builds a capacity for truth that carries into leadership, relationship, and purpose.
The Resistance Dojo framework is the result of two decades of coaching, executive leadership, and over 2,100 client sessions. This intensive goes beyond strength training. It is an initiation into a different relationship with your body—and through it, with your life.
True strength is the capacity to meet the gravity of the moment.

—built on distraction,
avoidance, and survival.
Cultivates embodied strength
—built from presence,
intention, and safety.
This is not a bootcamp and I am not a drill sergeant. Truth doesn't need to be shouted. This intensive bridges the gap between inner work and resistance training.
Practice is not a performance.
Resistance reveals your patterns. Training provides a place to make the change. Integration gives you greater capacity in life.
How it works:
Every session, every conversation, every protocol is built around you. The cohort is limited to four to ensure the depth of attention this work requires—this is not a group program.
Twelve one-hour sessions over six weeks—twice weekly, fully supervised, in a private studio reserved entirely for you. Each session is efficient yet unhurried, fully personalized to amplify your progress.
Seven weekly accountability and self-development conversations—to translate what you're learning in the body into how you're showing up in your work, routines, relationships, and life.
Personalized recovery routines and guided reflection on the days between sessions. You will realize new capacity during the workout—but strength is actually built as you recover and learn to consistently inhabit the expansion.
Truth
The ability to be honest with yourself about effort and follow through.
Purpose
The skill of navigating discomfort while remembering your mission.
Presence
The capacity to meet the gravity of the moment and remain in the body.
I've spent much of my life pursuing growth—sometimes getting lost in the performance. Success can feel like safety, but I've learned that it doesn't guarantee fulfillment. I believe fulfillment is rooted in presence. With presence, even struggle becomes truly meaningful.
True strength is the capacity to meet the gravity of the moment without fragmenting into stories of the past or projections of the future.
I want to be stronger—to increase my capacity for life and more fully inhabit every moment. Life gets uncomfortable, but the purpose of exploring life is to experience its fullness.
What I desire more than anything is to be in my body—total in my aliveness. To live this way I must fall in love with my growth edge and journey beyond performance.
This is the path of embodiment—and I would be honored to introduce you to the practice.
Stronger
in every way.
By training your relationship to resistance at your growth edge, your nervous system has the opportunity to integrate the difference between discomfort and danger. This will fundamentally shift how you process reality. I love hearing clients reflect on how they are:
Showing up more grounded in meetings and relationships.
Feeling their muscle and metabolism activated on a new level.
Finding uncomfortable situations less threatening and more intriguing.
Prioritizing clarity instead of chasing motivation.
This practice is transformative. I guarantee results to anyone
willing to enter the Dojo and do the honest work.
Every protocol is rooted in exercise physiology and behavioral science. No fads, no fluff—just first principles for changing your body and sharpening your mind. Slow, smooth and deliberate movement will keep you safe and provide a potent adaptive stimulus.
Beautifully maintained, distraction-free private studios reserved entirely for you. Conveniently located in Emeryville on the East Bay and at the Embarcadero, in San Francisco.
A rare line of MedX, SuperSlow, and ARX machines precision engineered for efficacy, efficiency, and uncompromising safety—calibrated precisely to your body's proportions and range of motion.
The most efficient and effective exercise you have ever done—guaranteed. You'll wonder why it is not more common and you'll realize how rare an opportunity this 6-week intensive actually is.
